The purpose of this session is to develop next-level understandings within SEISMIC of equity and inclusion in STEM education. This session will guide participants in considering different aspects of equity and inclusion and forming a shared vision for how SEISMIC can address these concepts moving forward.

The purpose of this session is for Working Groups to reflect on the successes and challenges of their first year in SEISMIC, and make concrete plans for how to approach Year 2. These will address overall goals for each Working Group and communication plans.
