Overview
One of the goals for our “SEISMIC Action for STEM Department Transformation” meeting in May 2024 is to:
Facilitate high-level discussion among vice provosts/associate deans of undergraduate education regarding the need for STEM departmental reform and strategies to achieve and sustain it, including through shared proposal submissions and expanded, extended collaborative structures like SEISMIC 2.0.
This page is intended to support this goal by providing information for university administrators interested in SEISMIC 2.0. In advance of the May in-person meeting, we ask that interested administrators attend 1 of the 2 virtual meetings detailed below to learn more, highlight their interests, and help to shape the direction of the May meeting and the collaboration to come. We are also hoping each interested institution will then send one ore more representatives to our May meeting in Ann Arbor, MI. We have funding to cover travel and expenses. Once individuals have been identified who are able to join us in-person for the May meeting, please have them fill out the google form below so we have their information.

Poster Presentations
We are seeking posters related to equity and inclusion in STEM courses for our event. If you would like to present a poster at our poster reception, please fill out the following form. All Intents to Present are due by May 10th, 2024.
